The Essential subscription level allows for unlimited Estimate/Invoices, 12 Inventory Categories, 6 Payment Methods, 5000 Customer Records, 10,000 parts in Inventory, 15,000 parts in Price Lists, Full Size Invoices only. There is no multi-level/matrix pricing, and you are licensed to use the software on ONE computer for a single business on which the program is registered.

The Pro subscription level allows for unlimited Estimate/Invoices, Inventory Categories, Payment Methods, Customer Records, Inventory, Price Lists, full size invoices or 40 column receipts, etc. The Pro subscription includes multi-level/matrix pricing. You are licensed to use the software on ONE computer for a single business on which the program is registered.

The Multi-User subscription level allows unlimited Estimate/Invoices, Inventory Categories, Payment Methods, Customer Records, Inventory, Price Lists, full size invoices or 40 column receipts, etc. The Multi-User subscription includes multi-level/matrix pricing. You are licensed to use the software on an UNLIMITED number of computers at the same location for a single business on which the program is registered.

Auto Repair Boss is compatible with Windows 11, Windows 10 and Windows Server. It may also work on older versions of windows with limited functionality. It is recommended that you have a computer that has at least a 500Mhz processor, 256 Mb memory and 100 meg of hard drive space.
